License of use

It is strictly prohibited to: ・ Attempt to crack, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise violate the system; ・ Share, resell, lend, or distribute the key, whether for free or for a fee; ・ Use the key on more than one device or by more than one user; ・ Attempt to bypass authentication, protection, or security systems; ・ Modify, interfere with, or alter the product's operation.

Key and access control
The key provided is exclusively linked to the buyer, is individual and non-transferable, and can be blocked immediately in case of misuse or suspicious activity.

Data collection and use
For security, authentication, and fraud prevention, we collect technical information, including IP address, HWID (Hardware Identifier), and Discord ID. This data is used exclusively for access control, system protection, and detection of suspicious activity.

Privacy
The data collected is not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties, except when required by law or when necessary for the protection of the service.

Penalties
Violation of any term may result, without prior notice, in immediate revocation of the key, permanent ban, total access blockage, permanent loss of the product, and no right to a refund.

Deep Solutions reserves the right to change these terms at any time, without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to stay informed about the current rules.
